Glenn C. Van Deusen

Glenn is a marketing and business strategy expert with over 25 years experience in building brands and building companies. His skill at uncovering key strategic insights that can deliver exponential results and then integrating those business drivers across multiple disciplines has been well proven in the consumer packaged goods, medical device, pharmaceutical, and communications industries.

Glenn believes that the most effective brand strategy and design solutions – those that drive business results – are grounded in a clear and deep understanding of the core issues from the perspective of the customer and relevant influencers. He has successfully applied this innovative and integrated approach on both the manufacturer and agency side of the business, in development of professional and consumer directed initiatives, and in leading U.S. and worldwide businesses.

In the progression of his career, Glenn held brand management positions at Procter & Gamble and SmithKline Beecham and general management positions with Bausch & Lomb and Advanced Polymer Systems. He also founded two healthcare agencies for Saatchi & Saatchi, was Corporate VP and Worldwide Head of PAREXEL Medical Communications, one of the world’s largest medical communications companies, and was a Principal with the branding firm of Congdon + Company.

Glenn serves on the Board of Directors of Prevent Blindness America and on the Advisory Boards of several early-stage companies. He has been a speaker and contributor on the topic of leveraging brand equity and strategy for business growth with Business Week, MedAd News, the Conference Board, and other national and global publications.

Roy Levitt

Roy is a brand identity specialist and design expert dedicated to building brands that define, inspire, support, and transform organizations. He has helped define some of the world’s leading brands by combining solid strategic thinking with inspired creativity, technical expertise, and common sense to deliver superior results. He has extensive hands-on experience in a wide range of industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Industrial Products.  He is a true “global citizen,” holding citizenship in both the U.S. and U.K.

Throughout his career, in senior creative positions at global brand consultancies, his skills and leadership have benefited such clients as: American Express, Bank of America, Bank of Tokyo, BF Goodrich, Cardinal Health, Caterpillar, DuPont, First Data, Ford Motor Company, FLAG Capital Management, Fortis, GenSpring, GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson & Johnson, Morgan Stanley, Northwestern Mutual, Oppenheimer Funds, Pacnet, Stanley Works, Sun Microsystems, and Transitions Optical.

Roy is a founding member of the AIGA’s branding chapter and currently serves as Vice President of the Executive Board. He has been quoted and has provided commentary in relation to branding in AdAge and other national and global news publications and has been featured on the FOX Business News segment "Battle of the Brands."
